2. Definities

In deze algemene voorwaarden wordt verstaan onder:

  • Digital Reset: de dienstverlener die Digital Reset Day aanbiedt.

  • Deelnemer: de natuurlijke persoon die een sessie boekt of afneemt.

  • Dienst: Digital Reset Day.

  • Sessie: de geboekte Digital Reset Day, remote of privé op locatie.


3. Toepasselijkheid

Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle aanbiedingen, boekingen en overeenkomsten van Digital Reset.
Door het boeken van een sessie verklaart de deelnemer zich akkoord met deze voorwaarden.
Afwijkingen zijn alleen geldig indien schriftelijk overeengekomen.


4. Omschrijving van de dienst

Digital Reset Day is een praktische, live en interactieve sessie van maximaal 3 uur, waarin samen met de deelnemer wordt gewerkt aan het structureren en ordenen van diens digitale leven.

Digital Reset:

  • verleent geen financieel, fiscaal, juridisch of beleggingsadvies;

  • geeft geen garantie op specifieke resultaten;

  • werkt uitsluitend op basis van een inspanningsverplichting, geen resultaatverplichting.


5. Werkwijze

  • De sessie vindt live plaats, remote of privé op locatie.

  • De deelnemer deelt zijn/haar scherm.

  • Op de laptop kan het scherm uitsluitend met expliciete toestemming worden overgenomen.

  • Op de iPhone deelt de deelnemer het scherm via FaceTime; Digital Reset geeft instructies.

  • Voor elke wijziging, aanpassing of verwijdering wordt vooraf toestemming gevraagd.

  • De deelnemer blijft te allen tijde zelf verantwoordelijk voor apparaten, accounts en keuzes.


6. Wachtwoorden en accounttoegang

Het delen van wachtwoorden is niet verplicht.

Indien tijdelijk wordt ingelogd, gebeurt dit:

  • uitsluitend live;

  • tijdelijk;

  • alleen met toestemming van de deelnemer.

Digital Reset:

  • slaat geen wachtwoorden op;

  • maakt geen kopieën van inloggegevens.

Na afloop adviseert Digital Reset om alle gebruikte of ingeziene wachtwoorden te wijzigen.


7. Prijzen en betaling

De prijzen voor Digital Reset Day zijn:

  • Digital Reset Day (remote): €249 incl. btw

  • Digital Reset Day (privé op locatie): €299 incl. btw

Alle bedragen zijn inclusief btw, tenzij anders vermeld.

Betaling

  • Betaling dient volledig vooraf te worden voldaan.

  • De deelnemer ontvangt hiervoor een betaalverzoek, betaallink of factuur.

  • De sessie vindt uitsluitend plaats nadat betaling volledig is ontvangen.

  • Digital Reset slaat geen betaalgegevens op.

  • Bij niet-tijdige betaling behoudt Digital Reset zich het recht voor de sessie te annuleren of te verplaatsen.


8. Annulering en verplaatsing

  • Annuleren tot 24 uur vóór aanvang is kosteloos.

  • Binnen 24 uur:

    • verplaatsen tegen €99, of

    • geen restitutie.

Indien Digital Reset de sessie binnen 24 uur annuleert wegens overmacht, ontvangt de deelnemer €49 korting op een nieuwe sessie.


9. Jongerenkorting

Deelnemers jonger dan 18 jaar ontvangen 15% korting.
Deze korting kan niet worden gecombineerd met andere kortingen.
Referral-beloningen voor de doorverwijzer blijven van toepassing.


10. Referral systeem

Na afloop ontvangt de deelnemer 10 persoonlijke referral codes.

  • Elke referral code geeft een nieuwe deelnemer 10% korting.

  • De doorverwijzer ontvangt €20 cashback per voltooide referral.

  • Er gelden geen staffels of extra bonussen.


11. Privacy en gegevensverwerking

  • Alle informatie wordt vertrouwelijk behandeld.

  • Er worden geen opnamen gemaakt van de sessie.

  • Eventuele tijdelijke notities of gegevens worden direct na afloop definitief verwijderd.

  • Voor verdere informatie wordt verwezen naar de privacyverklaring.


12. Aansprakelijkheid

Digital Reset is niet aansprakelijk voor enige vorm van schade.

In het bijzonder is Digital Reset niet aansprakelijk voor:

  • directe of indirecte schade;

  • gevolgschade;

  • dataverlies;

  • financiële schade;

  • schade voortvloeiend uit beslissingen of handelingen van de deelnemer.

De deelnemer vrijwaart Digital Reset volledig van iedere aanspraak van derden.


13. Overmacht

Onder overmacht wordt verstaan: ziekte, technische storingen, internetuitval, platformstoringen of andere omstandigheden buiten de invloed van Digital Reset.
In geval van overmacht kan de sessie worden verplaatst. Er bestaat geen recht op restitutie.


14. Toepasselijk recht en geschillen

Op alle overeenkomsten is Nederlands recht van toepassing.
Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Nederland.

2. Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • Digital Reset: the service provider offering the Digital Reset Day.

  • Participant: the natural person who books or participates in a session.

  • Service: the Digital Reset Day.

  • Session: the booked Digital Reset Day, either remote or private on location.


3. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, bookings, and agreements of Digital Reset.
By booking a session, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.


4. Description of the Service

The Digital Reset Day is a practical, live, and interactive session with a maximum duration of 3 hours, during which Digital Reset works together with the participant to structure and organize their digital life.

Digital Reset:

  • does not provide financial, fiscal, legal, or investment advice;

  • does not guarantee specific results;

  • operates solely on a best-effort basis, not a results obligation.


5. Working Method

  • The session takes place live, either remotely or privately on location.

  • The participant shares their screen.

  • Screen control on a laptop is only possible with explicit consent.

  • On an iPhone, the participant shares their screen via FaceTime; Digital Reset provides instructions.

  • Any change, adjustment, or deletion is performed only with prior consent.

  • The participant remains fully responsible for their devices, accounts, and decisions at all times.


6. Passwords and Account Access

Sharing passwords is not mandatory.

If temporary login access is used, this is done:

  • live only;

  • temporarily;

  • solely with the participant’s consent.

Digital Reset:

  • does not store passwords;

  • does not copy login credentials.

After the session, Digital Reset advises the participant to change any passwords that were used or viewed.


7. Prices and Payment

The prices for the Digital Reset Day are:

  • Digital Reset Day (remote): €249 incl. VAT

  • Digital Reset Day (private on location): €299 incl. VAT

All amounts are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment

  • Payment must be made in full in advance.

  • The participant will receive a payment request, payment link, or invoice.

  • The session will only take place after full payment has been received.

  • Digital Reset does not store payment details.

  • In case of late payment, Digital Reset reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the session.


8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation up to 24 hours before the session is free of charge.

  • Within 24 hours:

    • rescheduling is possible for €99, or

    • no refund will be issued.

If Digital Reset cancels the session within 24 hours due to force majeure, the participant will receive a €49 discount on a new session.


9. Youth Discount

Participants under the age of 18 receive a 15% discount.
This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.
Referral rewards for the referrer remain applicable.


10. Referral Program

After the session, the participant receives 10 personal referral codes.

  • Each referral code gives a new participant a 10% discount.

  • The referrer receives €20 cashback per completed referral.

  • No tiered bonuses or additional rewards apply.


11. Privacy and Data Processing

  • All information is treated confidentially.

  • No recordings are made during the session.

  • Any temporary notes or data are permanently deleted immediately after the session.

12. Liability

Digital Reset is not liable for any form of damage.

In particular, Digital Reset is not liable for:

  • direct or indirect damage;

  • consequential damage;

  • data loss;

  • financial loss;

  • damage resulting from decisions or actions taken by the participant.

The participant fully indemnifies Digital Reset against any claims by third parties.


13. Force Majeure

Force majeure includes illness, technical failures, internet outages, platform disruptions, or other circumstances beyond the control of Digital Reset.
In case of force majeure, the session may be rescheduled. No refund applies.


14. Governing Law and Disputes

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
