Digital Reset is verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van persoonsgegevens zoals beschreven in deze privacyverklaring.


2. Welke persoonsgegevens verwerken wij?

Digital Reset verwerkt uitsluitend persoonsgegevens die noodzakelijk zijn voor het uitvoeren van de dienst of communicatie daaromheen. Dit kan onder andere zijn:

  • Naam

  • E-mailadres

  • Telefoonnummer

  • Gegevens die je vrijwillig deelt tijdens de intake of sessie

  • Informatie uit vragenlijsten die je zelf invult

  • Factuurgegevens (zoals naam en contactgegevens)

Tijdens de sessie kunnen digitale gegevens zichtbaar worden (zoals agenda’s, e-mail of bestanden). Deze gegevens worden niet opgeslagen.


3. Betalingen

Betalingen verlopen via externe betaalproviders (zoals Mollie).

Digital Reset:

  • verwerkt zelf geen volledige betaal- of kaartgegevens;

  • slaat geen betaalgegevens op;

  • gebruikt betaalinformatie niet voor andere doeleinden.

Het is mogelijk dat beperkte betaalinformatie ongevraagd zichtbaar wordt op facturen of overzichten die door betaalproviders worden aangeleverd. Digital Reset gebruikt deze informatie uitsluitend voor administratieve doeleinden en zal hier nooit actief inzage in vragen.


4. Doeleinden van de gegevensverwerking

Persoonsgegevens worden uitsluitend verwerkt voor de volgende doeleinden:

  • Het plannen en uitvoeren van de Digital Reset Day

  • Communicatie vooraf, tijdens en na de sessie

  • Administratie en facturatie

  • Het versturen van samenvattingen of vervolgafspraken

  • Wettelijke verplichtingen (zoals administratieplicht)


5. Vrijwilligheid en controle

Het delen van persoonsgegevens en informatie is volledig vrijwillig. Je bepaalt zelf welke gegevens je deelt en welke onderdelen van de sessie worden uitgevoerd. Niets gebeurt zonder jouw toestemming.

Digital Reset gaat zorgvuldig en vertrouwelijk om met alle informatie.

  • Er worden geen opnames gemaakt van sessies

  • Tijdelijke notities of gegevens worden direct na afloop definitief verwijderd

  • Digitale gegevens worden niet gekopieerd of opgeslagen

  • De behandelaar beschikt over een geldige VOG met relevante functieaspecten


7. Delen van gegevens met derden

Digital Reset deelt persoonsgegevens niet met derden, tenzij dit noodzakelijk is voor:

  • betaling via een betaalprovider;

  • het voldoen aan wettelijke verplichtingen.

Er worden geen gegevens verkocht of verstrekt aan commerciële partijen.


8. Bewaartermijnen

Persoonsgegevens worden niet langer bewaard dan noodzakelijk is voor het doel waarvoor ze zijn verzameld, tenzij een wettelijke bewaarplicht anders vereist.
